Group coaching generally covers similar material to that which is taught in the workshops.
I spend about 1 ½ hours with the business owner building up a detailed picture, and then tailor the coaching to cover the area which is most relevant at that time. There is no point at all in jumping into a session on product extension (for example) if you are concerned about how to pay your staff next month. It’s your agenda, not mine. You bring your partner, a small team, whoever will be most helpful to you in carrying out the changes we identify. (And if there is someone who might not be helpful then it might be particularly important to include them.)
