As a sole trader it can be very easy to not spend enough time on the business and on onesself, and too much time on simply doing the business. Identifying, with your help, the areas I needed to work on was a revelation and very thought provoking too. Having the sessions regularly spaced out and a few weeks apart, gave me the tools to work with and the time to put them into action. I valued your phone calls and emails of support too!
